  • Accountable for welfare and training of 17 mechanics and supply personnel, including proficiency in job and combat skills as well as force protection measures.
  • Report to Company Commander and Battalion Motor Officer, informing them of unit readiness, and advise resolution to any systemic and safety related maintenance issues. Organize special teams as dictated by mission, and supervise execution of missions in a combat environment.
  • Plan out maintenance projects, such as oil analysis, to meet assigned goals by allocating time, money and resources in the framework of army regulations.
  • Assist Unit Movement Officer with deployment and retrograde operations.
